Cumberland got slammed with rain yesterday and last night. Yep, and more on the way. There going to have to regulate the flow through the locks and dams.

Looks like Norris will be near 1004 by Sunday afternoon. They'll have to start holding the upper streams if the next one hits like this one.

Might have to or release the Clinch at Norris dam. I don`t think Norris lake will fill too quickly. Last time I was up a Sharps Chapel the lake was way down.

The sports fishermen and party goers want the water up early and held late as possible.

People in Sharps Chapel might not appreciate it when the road floods though not to mention the bridge on 33. Spring rains haven't really started yet.

They'll have to raise it at Palmers Junction too. If they had built the lake about 20 foot higher most of Sharps Chapel would be Loyston Sea.

My cousin won't appreciate that LOL. If it gets to 1024 or so he can't get to his home. See if you know this. Where is the other part of Norris Dam located? There's actually at least two dams holding it at full pool. Where is the other :>} ?
