It makes more sense. Because I don't think the deer up around Cumberland Gap can read TWRA Regulations. They're gonna walk right on in anyway.
Just kidding I can see the concern but it does make more sense to limit the restriction to know areas where the epidemic is.

Me too. Still the change is proper. It would allow a hunter to be able to bring home a trophy to be mounted instead of having to have it mounted out of state to bring it home. I wonder if the antlers are counted as bone?

Yea it makes a lot more sense. Virginia like Tennessee is about 400 miles long and evidently a small area is hit..

Yea, I probably am wrong but I am thinking that deer farming is what brought CWD on. I know a lot of people will argue the issue but it`s my thinking.

Could have been. Or just they got into an area and over saturated and the weakest opened up the door for the disease to migrate into the deer.

I don`t know I just think you can`t farm deer like cattle especially with cattle. Plus I think it has something to do with putting bone mill in feed.
