I don`t know if I would hunt them or not but I don`t have any objection to anyone hunting legal game. I would much rather they be hunted and harvested than killed as a pest and left to rot.

It would seem a good idea to hunt them especially if the numbers are to where they could over populate a given area and endanger other game and birds of prey feeding.

I think the main thing is they are becoming a problem with farmers. Eating their crops. Most farmers don`t mind some loss to animals. Be it birds, deer, squirrel or other critters. They do how ever object to too much loss and one can not blame them.

Nope I wouldn't blame them a bit. That's their living. Seems better to allow those who would eat them to hunt and reduce the birds population below a nuisance level.

Some people just don`t comprehend that good wildlife management entail a balance between heard/flock size and food source.

Some call themselves wildlife groups too.
