In the current General Assembly it won't likely pass. Naifeh no longer calls the shots as to what bills get voted on or not. But it doesn't hurt to write letters or make phone calls to your state Rep and Senator anyway. I was hunting on my land long before a house was built close to my property line. They want the law at 100 yards so next year they can make it 500 yards. Now who is to say a person would not just simply say I'm target practicing? A legal act outside city limits in all 95 counties I believe.

I don`t think it will pass either. It could really hamper small property owners.
