I guess that means expanding the present one? Sounds good. I just hope they don't build the hotel on top of the quarry that's been proposed what seems like every year. That first step would be a whopper.

I don`t know if it means expansion or what. I do know the marina is past due for an upgrade.

Norris Dam Marina is the only one there. I'm not 100% sure but I think the marina is actually part of the state park. Operation might be contracted though. Back when Norris Park radio comms were in the clear I used to hear radio traffic on the park frequency at the marina.

Yep. I'm surprised nobodies built one on Loyston Sea yet. Andersonville Dock was turned into a private resort. Unless another dock has been built in the past year or so the next one is Hickory Star on the other side of the Gap upstream and Stardust downstream..

Chuck Swan side is TVA, Big Ridge is state property, but the right hand side going up past Big Ridge into the back of Loyston Sea is in Sharps Chapel and private property. Developers building it up fast too.
Where Sharps Chapel road forks off to the right over the long rise past the old post office and general store is the back of Loyston Sea, if you go straight ahead instead of right toward Chuck Swan it ends up there.
