That has been tried with catastrophic results in other states and we can not dare not allow it Tennessee.

Evidently some are loose in Claiborne County. Unsure if they escaped in Claiborne or ion the Kentucky side.

The red deer escaped from a fenced farm in clairborne county if I remember correctly and liked the area and thrived.

Nothings going to fence in a deer especially if the want out.

You got that right. They will dig,claw,junp,climb and tear down any fence including electric ones. We don`t need white deer farms as they have been proven in other states to promote CWD and other diseases that spread to to the wild herds.
