Wheat is a growing better in the back of my truck than it is in my plots. lol I have turnips, wheat, and something else starting to break the soil. It ought to be in great shape for muzzy season, and some good bow action in about 2 weeks.

We've got about 4 Does, and their young'n bedding in our woods, and overgrown pastures, My idiot Bro in law has some friend who was already supposed to have baled the hay off all the pastures except within 50' of my food plots. This man is a sot, and has had a month of dry weather to bale the hay, his tractor and baler has been in our pasture behind the barn, for close to 4 weeks. now they tell us after they seen I bushed hogged the pasture next to my house, that we're not to bushhog anymore, that they be here in 2 weeks to bale it. I plan on being in my blind before that, and I flared up about it to my wife who delivered the message from her brother, and my Father in law says its my land and I ain't dead yet. I'm talking to the man doing the baling, and let him know that I want it done a lot sooner. This man and his wife have a game hunters paradise on their land, but hate all hunters, and won't allow anyone to come on their land to get a shot deer, although all you have to do is get the Game Warden to accompany you to their land to retrieve it. Oh weel what's a man to do. I should have bought my own farm, and my do it, and by Double wide trailer and put on it. I can buy my moms 25 acres about a 1/2 a mile from me, and it has about 4+ acres ot timber on it and it joins the Game wardens farm who lives about 3/4 miles up the road. Then I can do what I want. I'm just venting a little steam off. lol

got to watch how you plant there should be listed somewhere so many lb of seeds per area or they fight for nutrients and or crowd each other check with the co-op thats where we order them got to the ag extension office and check up on where and how to plant also check out www.utextension.utk.edu/publications/pbfiles/pb378.pdfKevin that's something I've been looking for, now I know what I can plant for spring, and the depth and time for it. I really appreciate it!! Randy ;D

Getting a much needed rain on my food plots tonight, we've had at least a half an inch or more since this late afternoon. It ought to make thing really grow now, I'm going to the co-op to see if they have the Australian winter peas, and plant them in my plots in any area that might not have much coverage. As soon as it's greening up I take a few pics. Randy

Got another good rain last night, and this morning, I wish my 4 wheeler wasn't tore up I'd drive back and check my plots out, but it is. I'll never own another push button automatic again. My son in law is going to fix it soon, if he don't his boys, my grandkids, will scalp him in his sleep. I already have the failure code, the part and the repair manual. Randy
