Citified He borrowed my son in laws polesaw to trim up his shooting lanes. Man our woods are sure nasty since the 2009 Icestorm hit this winter. He was able to clear some good shooting lanes with the pole saw, and is going hunting this morning, so I'm going to bed now, I have to watch his kids in the morning!!

My cousins son was going to trim a weeping willow a few years back. He had a yard service. He put the ladder on the branch he was cutting that was his first mistake. The second was not putting it up high enough to allow for the branch going up when he cut it. Third mistake was not tossing the saw as far away as possible when the limb came up and ladder was going down. Live and learn

Yea he the one. That was a bad weekend for tree trimming. He was about like my ex-son in law and wouldn't listen about the dangers. I got a couple trees I'm gonna gird this fall. They're right above the powerline coming up to the house and I can't cut them down myself. But if the utility comes by in a couple years and sees the dead tree they'll take it down for free. The trees are blocking my Dish.
