Got a great couple of places to hunt on farm. I have set my Blind up after son and mostly Dewayne my cousin camo'd it the other day. I have a 25' wide strip of food plot, that runs for around a 200 yards stretch behind my front pond, and across a fence to the place where my blind sets besides the back pond, and in front of a food plot with lots of sign. I have 3 salt licks behind the foodplots, and between the wood lined fences, and on around and beyond the smaller back pond, where there is a lot of buck and doe tracks, and other sign in the whole area. Here's a couple of pics of the setup. Randy ;D The 1st pic is my blind over looking plot #2 which faces neighboring wood in front, and our farm woods to the west.pic 2 is mostly the same, but shows the fencerow, on our farm to the east, and lefthand side of the blind.Pic #3 is the Righthand, westside, back pond in the woods side of my blind. A food plot runs along side the whole woods, all the way up and around the pond, which ties into food plot # 2 that is forward, and south of my Blind. Pics # 4, 5, and 6, are the #1 and #2 food plots that show the growth of our 1st attempt at growing plots. Which taught us a lot. #4 pic is the plot#1 behind the larger front pond. Pic #5 is plot #2 showing the the tie in with the fencerow, between the two plots. Pic # 6 is showing the growth of the turnips, wheat, and oats,

I've tangled with skunks and lost, and had to beat a few coons up side of the head out hunting with my Father in law, and bro in law. I share with a chipmunk, but not a skunk!!! I'll BBQ the coon if I get the chance!!

I saw a coon, and had saw some tracks around my latest corn pile, He was about 75 yards up the fence row I was going beside, When I saw him, I was thinking about my Grandma's BBQ'd coon we had a couple of times when I was in my teens visiting from Arkansas, while we was living there. I wonder what my Grandma could have done with one of those armadillos that was running in our back yard in Southern Arkansas!! I think she could have made anything taste good, as well as my Granny too!!
