I've seen that bridge covered and water up at the wheels of that green truck several times.

At that level I've waded in there before. They'll be fine the creek will be down in bank by morning. It comes up fast and goes down fast once it stops raining. It wasn't up over the road I live on yet but it was flooded down at the bridge on the main road. When I was coming back home I about drown the engine out by going through too fast. The water came up about a foot and a half while we were texting.

I wish I had a picture of the old bridge right now I'd post it. It began a few feet below where I was standing and crossed the field to the current bridge. It never flooded over it except possibly once. Pappy built the old one when I was about 3 years old. We tore it out when I was about 15 and we completely built the one standing now about 10-12 years ago. The original one was a monster. No power tools just 2X6 rough oak telephone poles, and cables.

Good Luck with it. This was a mild flood compared to many I've seen that creek do here. But we got about 3 inches of rain in about 6 hours time.

Yea. I live to the left and above it across the front ridge a little over third of a mile walk across the backside. The first picture was the road I live on. A dead end county road going about a third way up the ridge. We live on the same side of the creek but the road I live on sits higher from the creek.
