I took a Cadillac Escalade out for a test drive just to drive that sucker before they become extinct. The salesman sat in the back seat describing the car and all its wonderful options.
The seats were of particular interest. He explained that the seats directed warm air to your butt in the winter and directed cool air to your butt in the summer heat.
I stated the car must be a Republican car. Looking a bit angry, he asked why I thought it was a Republican car and I explained that if it were a Democratic car, the seats would blow smoke up your ass year-round.
I had to walk back to the dealership but it was worth it!!!

Snickering like Muttley.. Good one... It just makes me sick the vehicle I saw in backs of car lots with Clunker on the windshield. It was a pathetic waste of good vehicle a lot of persons like myself can only afford to drive. I was in Knoxville yesterday and something caught me eye. A guy was driving a full size Hummer and smoking a cigarette. He was stopped at the light and had the cigarette. I thought to myself someone in this line at the light is likely outraged over both.

I'd be happy with my van if I had about 5 grand to put in it. 5 grand would get me a better van though.

I still drive the first truck I ever bought with my own money it was a brand new 1985 Ford F150 with the 300 inline 6.
I've put a lot of money in it the last few years doing a complete rebuild and only have some body work left to do.
I could never get my money back out of it but my Dad cosigned for it and it was the first thing I ever signed my name on the line and paid for on Credit so to me it's priceless.
They won't bury me in the truck but they will allow me to remove the bed and bury my casket in it.

I haven't been able to crawl under a vehicle and work on them for 16 years now because of Vertigo. If I still could I would consider rebuilding the van. But to take it and have it done I might as well get another used one.
