I'll get around to starting my bear hunting stories soon guys, I promise. In the meantime here I was thinking there weren't any bear in my specific area. Well I found out the hard way there are bear. We have about 45 more or less of standing woods connected to more woods owned by TVA. And in the past 6 months I have seen black bear 2 times come stand close to our yard. I do know there are bear around Dunbar Cave but have never known of black bear in my area of the county. Wonder if I can get a "bear season" lined up? Someone told me over around LBL they have had Cinnamon bear spotted. And apparently some gal was killed by a Cinnamon bear several years back. HUMMMM
