Yea, he should know something fairly quick. With 14 traps spaced out he should get some results.

I haven`t seen them in your area. I do think we heard one last season but only once. If they become a problem we will hunt them.

I heard it again this winter. Definitely a Yote If we hear it this time hunting just listen for answers. They could be calling on the ridge across the road to ones over in the next valley.

Worse thing I've seen so far was a pack of about 24 inbred dogs that used to wonder the ridge. Me, Pappy, and your brother were watching for them.

Dog packs like that can be destructive and dangerous.

You ain't a kidding. First time in my life I didn't feel safe walking the ridge. I didn't have a gun on me when I saw them either.

Don always told Tom and me to shoot any running on his property. We let collared hunting dogs walk. Uncollared strays were delt with.

These were wild. Half the pack looked alike and the other half looked alike or possibly crosses between the two. They weren't someones pets or hunting dogs I know that much. Mixed Breeds both halfs.

I guess it was about 8 years ago I saw them maybe longer than that.
