My 1st attempt at saltwater fishing!! ;D Some of my Pics from my vacation last year. I sure enjoyed it. The girl that is on the left went with my youngest daughter. The girl was all over the news today. She got pregnant and had a baby about 3 months ago, and according to the news her boyfriend abused the baby, and was charged with atempted murder, and the girl was charged with wanton endangerment. Her little baby was tranfered to Korsairs Children Hospital in Louisville ky. Y'all say a prayer for the little one. Randy This is the 2 deck hands that helped us on the 70' boat we went out on. We had a great time. Randy ;D

I would like to try it. I have never seen the ocean. I have been with in a hour of it. But I would not go on and see it because of having to get back home.

My wife and I with the kids and grand-kids Williamsburg, VA in 2002. The kids and grandkids wanted to go to Busch Gardens. We went there the first day with them and on the second and third one decided to go down to Norfolk so I could have a look around. I was home-ported out of there 77-80 on the carrier in my avatar. We went to Virginia Beach also. In 1980 there used to be a wooden Boardwalk there and a small amusement park on the beach. The pier you were fishing off of was there too. I'd go there sometimes in my off hours but once I got some wheels I would head down US 17 I think it was toward the Outer Banks and the islands below Nags Head to get away from it all. We drove to Cape Hatteras the third day before heading home that night. Folks I-40 across North Carolina from Nags Head was not a good way to get there in the late 70's and it wasn't any better that night either. Here's a picture after coming out of the Hampton Tunnel going toward Norfolk. That's some aircraft carriers in the background one of them my cousin's boy was on for a deployment.
